Nanzan Seminars for the
Study of Japanese Religions

Beginning in 2013, the Nanzan Institute for Religion and Culture has sponsored a series of Seminars for international graduate students (who do not speak Japanese as their native language) in the general field of “Japanese religions.” The aim of the event is for students in the latter stages of their doctoral program to present their research in Japanese and engage in discussion with a group of their peers and local scholars from the Institute and around Japan. Travel and lodgings are provided by the Institute.
