Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access. Acceptance of these conditions is implied by the author’s consent to publish in the JJRS.
The JJRS does not require any article processing charges (APCs), submission charges, page charges, and so forth to complete the publication process. The author, however, is responsible for obtaining permission for use of illustrations and covering costs related to such permission.
As for reprinting of JJRS content for commercial purposes (such as academic collections), JJRS will readily grant permission, in line with our Open Access policy and Creative Commons – CC BY-NC license.
